At the workshop, Yves Moreau was teaching Bulgarian dances, his wife France Bourque-Moreau taught a small workshop of children's dances, and Mihai David taught Romanian dances. As if this was not enough, on Sunday afternoon Stew Shacklette and George Fogg called squares and English country dances.

"Romanian Rhapsody" by the Houston dancers was performed to live music
The Hula Halau dancers performed Hawaian dances
Mexico was represented by the Fandango group that performed "Danzas de Azteca"
The Csardas group from Austin closed the show with Hungarian dances from Transylvania
